Element’s South African Skate Refuge

Volcom’s Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins McTwisted all up in Paris for Quiksilver’s Tony Hawk Show. She’s the first chick to spin the 540, and for that she probably deserves at least a few cookies. Tony Hawk spun a 900, but that’s been done, so who cares right? This s$#t is mounmental! Forget the Birdman, we got the Birdwoman!

Not so tiny bubbles

Kind of old hat, but if you don’t know who Ty Evans is, okay. He’s an artist of the first order. He’s made a lot of skate videos (Fully Flared among dozens) that many commercial directors have directly stolen their ideas from, so why shouldn’t he just take their jobs and make commercials? I think he bit his thumb at them with this masterpiece. We like when people can make something so surreal without resorting to special effects.
Or maybe that came from this?
