WeSC’s Spring 2010 line

February 23rd, 2010

WeSC put together this splendid little video for your viewing pleasure. Watch the gang of ragamuffins, or better known as the WeActivists, throw on WeSC’s Spring 2010 clothing line, strum on some instruments, and swim around like wet dogs.

RVCA Minds the Gap

December 20th, 2009

Bored? RVCA’s on your side, always trying to help out. Don’t believe us? Check out this video of the art show Mind The Gap. If it was good enough for Pharrell, Nicky Hilton, Matt Sorum of Guns N Roses, Anthony Kiedis, and every other known celebrity in existence, it oughtta be good enough for you. That is, unless you’re one of those post post post modern kids who enjoys miserable times to be “different.” Read Full Story

Not so tiny bubbles

October 29th, 2009

Kind of old hat, but if you don’t know who Ty Evans is, okay. He’s an artist of the first order. He’s made a lot of skate videos (Fully Flared among dozens) that many commercial directors have directly stolen their ideas from, so why shouldn’t he just take their jobs and make commercials? Supposedly Banksy is from Bristol, but since no one knows who he really is Banksy could actually be a girl from Cincinnati. That’s art and how you make magic.

My aquarium is bigger than your aquarium

1 Minute Please

DMOTE – Dead City

1 minute is all you’re going to get with this stop-motion, DMOTE clip. RVCA artist DMOTE stopped in at the RVCA headquarters to throw down—or should we say across—an art piece for everyone to touch and be happy about. You ever notice that skulls are always smiling? We do and we smile back. Also be sure to check out some of his other pieces, man’s got skills and manliness. Art.

One minute please can also mean a very small please.
