Historical Dynamic Duos: Rocky and Bullwinkle, Fred and Barney, Ren and Stimpy, John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Mike and Ike…PacSun and some of your favorite (or soon to be favorite) musicians, artists, and photographers. What!?!? Did we just read what we thought we read?? That’s right, you heard it here first. We even went the extra mile and asked them some serious and some not-so-serious questions regarding their shirts. Their baby pics are also posted for your enjoyment and their embarrassment.
Because there are so many of these radtastic shirts, we’re gonna roll them out one at a time. That way you have to keep checking back. We’re clever huh? Yup, we thought so too. Round one! FIGHT!
01 – Frederick Guerrero

Los Angeles based photographer Frederick Guerrero is making a name for himself faster than Robert Pattinson of Twilight. He only started shooting in 2008, but this photo is so sweet we had no choice but to make it a t-shirt. He’s inspired by point and shoot cameras, depressing music, and the internet.
Looking through your other photos, this seems a bit different.. It’s like you chose to capture Tokyo rather than Southern California. Yes? No? Maybe so?
I’d have to go with no. I’ve never been to Tokyo, but it’s #1 on my list of places to visit. I think it’s a bit different because it’s my day to day life.
I noticed that the bottom of the shirt says “LOVE LOVE LOVE.” What do you love love love more and why — platypuses or giraffes?
My psychologist once told me my power animal was a platypus, so that.
What was harder: taking the photo, or holding back the tears of joy when you found out a legion of kids would be wearing your photography?
Everything is a challenge.
Who’s your favorite WWF wrestler from the 80s and what would you do if you saw them wearing your shirt?
Hulk Hogan. He’d wear the shirt, and because it’s only for girls, he’d tear it to a million pieces out of frustration for it not fitting. I’d then take those pieces, make a one of a kind “cut & sew” piece, sell it on ebay, and make $10. Then he’d call and threaten me with Hell’s Angels because i didn’t ask permission, and I’d say “ok brotha”.
What’s your favorite Adam Sandler film?
Grandma’s Boy
What was your inspiration for this photo?
World peace, then chaos.
Why this photo rather than any of your others for this shirt?
It asked second.
What can we expect to see from you in the future?
I just produced an album for the one man organic electronic band “Tyger Strype.” I want to make some books/zines and have a show. I’m open to anything really. I’d like to collaborate with other people and just continue to have fun. Life’s too short for anything else. Love you!
